"Incredible experience for a Stage Coach Weekend, for that matter any stay. Standouts, The STAFF( from start valet, check in, housekeeping all restaurant staff ,poolside). Every individual made our stay perfection. I recommend this stay for couples and families. The rooms clean with an amazing view. I can go on . I just say- Go and check it out for a stay. "The rooms need to be updated immediately. AC is really noisy and everything was outdated. Luckily the staff was absolutely amazing and definitely the best part of the visit. "

"We love how there are multiple hot tubs. The hot tub’s temp was 103 degrees and it was awesome. The pool was about 90. We got breakfast and lunch at the restaurant onsite. I think it’s named Capri? The food was good and Adam our server was very helpful and welcoming. Food was hot and the drinks were cold. 👍 Honestly the rooms are very dated and the hallway smelled like weed when we arrived. This hotel has kind of cornered the market in this area if you want the multiple hot tubs, so you have to tolerate the old furnishings and carpeted rooms. It seems like the staff made an effort to clear up the weed odor because the stairs smelled like air freshener the next day, but the hallways not so much. We have been here many times over the years and it is still pretty consistent in all the areas mentioned above. It’s a popular location for people visiting Coachella & Stagecoach festivals so beware of these weekends as this hotel fill up quickly. There are also lots of people who also seem to come here for the hot tubs. We will be returning for the hot tubs and the great service from folks like Adam. "
