I didn’t feel the restaurants had a huge variety, and the quality of food did not match the price. There was only one place to eat breakfast otherwise order a room service. The movie theater was not working. Also, I don’t feel like we should be charged for self parking. I never got a ticket. No one ever mentioned anything about the parking when I checked in and I’m sure nobody’s walking around and checking of who’s in a hotel guest and who’s not we were never told we needed to put something on our dash and if we did, I would never walk all the way back there to put that on my dashboard Not a good system. This is not Vegas.

What a shame

Pool area was neglected. Should be cleaned daily cups in pool wads of hair in pool. Food stains on menus and table and chairs. Hotel is dated not worth the amount of money during prime time. Especially for a JW.

Amazing experience. Huge special shoutout to Blanca at the front desk and Bianca at the pool. Fantasic day at the spa, Starbucks in the lobby. Can't wait to go back.

Overall, the hotel is very family friendly and great for kids. We enjoyed the pool, arcade, kids activities, movie, aviary, restaurant, boat ride. However, it was a busy weekend and I was grossed out by the pool and surrounding conditions. For such a weekend, they should have more staff cleaning around. I didn’t really notice anybody circling around the pool. I would probably visit again with the kids but hopefully on a slower weekend.
