We found the staff to be very mixed, some pleasant but others not very pleasant. We were rudely greeted upon our late arrival, by a bellman who insisted we move our vehicle immediately. Strangely, the driveway is in the opposite direction of every other resort/hotel driveway, arriving clockwise (w/ driver side closer to the main entrance rather than counter clockwise, with the passenger side closer to the entrance) and the signage was poor (no 'entry/direction sign for cars to pull up) and you didn't know you'd pull up in the wrong direction until after you pulled up. The the main bar area was under construction, the food options were limited, and they provided no flexibility on changes to the menu items. Other issues included, but were not limited to, the following: the walkways did not appear to be swept. the room had a musty smell, the shower head needed replacement (as water came out from both the top and the spout), and we needed maintenance on day 2 to fix the shower light and fan.

We stayed here on the last Labor Day long weekend. the Hotel is great and very family friendly and staff members are very friendly and wonderful people 😊 the water slides, lazy river and pools were awesome, plus there restaurant have delicious food, we loved this hotel and we definitely recommend and going back again 😊

We booked two adjoining rooms. I was very disappointed by the condition of the carpet. It was FILTHY. My daughter’s white socks were black after walking around the room. I wouldn’t expect that at a resort of this level. The room had a nice table and chairs on a patio but the view overlooked a hillside with just dirt. No grass or plants just a dry dusty hill. This was in start contrast to the pictures on this page of the grounds. Other parts of the complex seemed to have better views. The pools were nice and were well staffed with lifeguards and attendants. I will say the staff overall was very friendly and attentive.

I stayed for 5 nights here and I love the view of the desert mountains. The front desk staff are nice and helpful. I especially got to know the "shuttle crew" because I had to call them numerous times for a lift back and forth from my room to the lobby. Chris and Miko were great and extremely helpful and friendly towards all guests. The rest of the shuttle crew are also great but I didn't catch all their names. Thank you all for the accommodations. The one thing that I did not quite understand is why during our conference, we did not have access to WiFi? It's a nominal fee of $10 a day for the Wifi use in the conference center but perhaps, reconsider removing these fees or giving the clients discounts which is included on the contract so that all participants can avail of the Wifi. For such a huge resort, this fee seems petty and unreasonable. Overall, I did enjoy my stay here. Thank you.
