Upon first glance this hotel was an immediate No. But once you walk in and are welcomed by the staff, you immediately calm down. The first room was SCARY, had missing paint on bathroom walls and counter tops. I went to the front desk and the staff quickly changed our room. Once we were in our new room, everything got better instantly. The pools are a nice size and the facilities are super clean. The location is perfect, it’s about 15 minutes from Palm Springs and close to multiple attractions, like the living desert zoo. Highly Recommend

The hotel itself has some nice aspects such as the pool, the staff was amazing, and the room was okay. The hotel most definitely does not live up to the pictures of it. From the outside it looks kind of rough and on the inside it is definitely outdated which isn’t consistent with online pictures. The room was clean but like I said pretty outdated which is never a problem but it’s not what the pictures show.

The staff is excellent! Very friendly and welcoming. We reserved the in room pool suite. We live in town and wanted to soak in mineral pool and relax. Listing said there is a TV in pool area. My husband picked this room because he could soak and watch his football. Unfortunately the TV did not work. After numerous calls to the front desk we were told there was nothing they could do. The room itself was clean but could have been cleaner. Dust on lamp cords and the base boards are pretty rough. Linens were clean. Overall it was ok. I give it a 6/10. Disappointed we spent close to $200 for the night and expected amenities are not in working order.

Definitely would come back. The staff is very welcoming when you first arrive. When asked about spa treatments they described them very well. As well well informed on restaurants around the hotel. They room was very clean and bigger than it looked. We booked the kind bed. There was alot more storage space than I would have expected. Didn't use the pool but the pool/patio area looked very relaxing
