Staff were wonderful, beds were comfortable. Could use better noise insulation in the rooms - specifically on the doors - could hear everything happening in the hallway. As well, the hotel is along the flight path - for landing - not such a big deal but should be aware. It is also located on a very busy road, so make sure to ask for a unit away from the road. The pool is nicely kept and warm, same with hot tub. Liked the games room, and very helpful staff. Could use more supplies in the kitchen for cooking, it was pretty sparse.

The room and amenities are always great! The pools are heated which makes swimming in the lap pool enjoyable whatever the morning temperature. The daily activities are a bonus and great value add to the stay.

Room is spacious and had everything we wanted/needed including but not limited to: bathroom supplies (cleanser/lotion/soap/shampoo/conditioner/toothbrush & paste from front), full kitchen (all dishes, dishwasher with pods, microwave, oven/stove, tea/coffee), and even a washer/dryer in the unit! Incredibly stocked in the room and the service from front desk was great. Thank you!

Place is dated. Musty smelling bathroom. Bathroom fan full of dirt and dust. Ants coming into sink from drain.Kitchen is equipped but everything is 20 yrs old. Housekeeping empties garbage everyday but does not clean the room during your stay including not changing bedding. Had to request towels. Went into the pool and exited quickly. Debris floating on top of the water. Staff is pleasant and onsite security is visible.

The resort is old and tired. Hallways smell like disinfectant. Bed was HORRIBLY lumpy and uncomfortable. Room was otherwise clean and spacious and staff was fine. Location very close to Palm Springs is nice.

We arrived 2 hours before check in and were told we'd receive a call as soon as our room was ready. So we waited around. I tried to ask for an update on our room but apparently wasn't responding to the query from the front desk. In the end we weren't able to get into our room until 4:15 pm. Front desk knew that housekeeping was behind. It would have been better if they had said outright that we would be waiting until 4 pm for sure. We could have made better use of that time. We had a lovely ground floor room with a view of the golf course. Unfortunately, there was a family above us with small children who ran and jumped non-stop. Our windows and blinds were rattling the whole time. We asked to be moved to another room which William was able to arrange for us the following morning. We appreciated that. They should know better than to put families with small children upstairs in a wood frame building. That was a huge miss.
