I never went to the hotel. I never checked in. I called them to confirm I did not go, and we agreed I was not checked in and did not have a confirmation number. This hotel was all fraudulent. They took savings from me a very poor man. I am reversing charges and I am not happy. Never go to this hotel.

Our first night, the restaurants were all closed except Morgan’s which had no availability. We checked in late, after a long day of travel, and had to leave the property to find dinner. There was a long wait at all of the restaurants in the nearby town. It was a huge hassle. The weirdest part was that neither front desk person mentioned it to me when I checked in. I overheard someone else talking to a front desk receptionist and had to ask if it was true. We also found a large cockroach in our room.

We stayed at La Quinta Resort & Club in Palm Springs for five nights in Room 433, and overall had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, with lush landscaping and stunning mountain views throughout the property. The resort offers numerous amenities and dining options, making it easy to enjoy everything without leaving the property. There are multiple pools and hot tubs scattered throughout, including a main pool, lap pool, and an adults-only pool with a bar. We really enjoyed exploring and trying the different pool areas during our stay. We dined at both the Grab & Go Market and Adobe Grill, and were pleased with the convenience and quality of the food. Our room was very comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, featuring a dedicated luggage area, wet bar, king-size bed, seating area, gas fireplace, and a spacious bathroom. The private porch, which overlooked the pool and mountains, was a wonderful place to relax. My only minor complaints were that the shower water pressure was just okay, and the motion-sensor light in the bathroom kept turning off while I was still in the shower, which was a bit frustrating. The resort is located about 45 minutes from Palm Springs, which made it feel like a true getaway. As a nice bonus, the hotel hosted a New Year’s Eve party for guests, adding an extra special touch to our stay. Overall, we had a very peaceful and relaxing experience and would absolutely consider returning.

After a last-minute cancellation by a VRBO host we were so lucky to get a two rooms at La Quinta over New Year’s Eve holiday. Richard at the front desk was so wonderful in trying to help us find rooms together and The staff is very lovely here. The resort is nice and has an old-fashioned feel. Could use a little bit more maintenance and clean up around the common areas but maybe it’s because it was a holiday mm weekend. Overall, we had a great stay.
