When we entered to check-in the concierge called us over to come meet him after the check-in as he has a package for us. Turns out he was just trying to sell us Hilton vacation package. A bit irritating as he persisted after I refused. I have never seen this at any hotel, so not sure if this was a eager staff member just trying to earn commission. But it is not hospitality after you have had a long day and just coming in to find your personal space. Took off a star for this. I hope rest of the staff is less pushy.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the whole place felt safe and quiet. The bar around the pool was a great spot to relax, and the on-site restaurant made everything very convenient. It’s not a walkable area for dining, but everything you need is just a short drive away, and parking was very easy. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

I’d just check in to what building you’re staying in - last time we stayed we had a much nicer room and building and this time it felt a little rough. I’ve already reviewed the room number situation and the ceiling tiles one last thing the icemaker in the Canyon building second floor doesn’t work it circulates but you get maybe one cube of ice out of it not just us three or four other people I saw over the weekend, trying to get ice out also

Love this resort! Stayed in a one bedroom. It was spacious, updated and very clean. The kid pool is awesome and the lifeguards were so friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

What you’d expect from a “club”. The apartment was enormous, but I could still hear people in the adjacent unit and in the hallway when my door was closed. It was hard to adjust the fan speed and noise to keep the temperature at an even amount of cooling. The bathroom was oddly arranged, with a tiny space in front of the sink to allow a second door into the room. All in all, however, it was a comfortable spot, with plenty of room if there were several people.
