"The staff was very helpful. There was only one ice machine that didn't work, so we went three days without ice. We were told to go to the restaurant and pay $1.00 for some ice. To check in early, you had to pay an extra $40.00, and since we were from out of town and arrived early, we had to wait a couple of hours. The TV in the room is 38 inches, about the size of a computer screen. The floors were slanted, and I felt like I had vertigo. I really don't think I will stay there again. Oh, and there’s no iron or microwave in the room."

"The room was completely disgusting. Wallpaper coming off the walls, bathroom was full of water stains, rug was fully stained. The worst were the bugs around the room from the bedside table to the washroom. It is very run down room and would not consider staying again. The AC took literally hours to cool down the room and very noisy. "

"They over booked and did not have a King bed room even though we prepaid. They “upgraded” us to a suite which was very weird and spooky with an active store room attached, a poker table, massive bar that could seat 10 and aTV about 20’ away from the bed. There was a second door in the bathroom that was locked and we didn’t know where it led. We asked for another room and settled for 2 queens in a normal room. "

"The pools were nice but they need resurfacing. The bottom of the big pool is really rough. Our room could have used some serious cleaning. The sliding doors leading out to the patio were quite dirty and they didn’t lock securely. The nightstand between the beds had sticky stuff all over it. The front of the fridge was also dirty. We had no hot water and the lamp in the suite part of turn room did not work. It’s a very dated hotel that is showing its age. "

"Played tennis at 9:30pm on lit courts. Breakfast was great. Great hotel, would stay again. "
