Poor management. Trash cans were overflowing outside and inside. The carpet haven’t been washed for years. We were there for 2 nights with no room service! We were 4 families and all were very disappointed. Staff were nice and polite 👍

Rooms are dated, hall carpet is coming up all over. The hot tub was nice. Nice enough pool area but the pool is freezing. The front desk staff when we first checked in was very helpful. Housekeeping was so-so.
