"Rooms weren’t cleaned efficiently on a Daily basis. They would replenish towels and make the bed at best. The food at the Buffett was very good. The food was good in every restaurant but the service was terrible. It always felt like you were inconveniencing the staff by asking for a drink. They did a horrible job of keeping the resort clean. Dirty dishes and food was left all over the pool and beach area for the whole day. It was disgusting and ants would start to swarm making other people not want to lay on those chairs by the pool. The resort is in a good location and has potential but the staff just really needs to do a better job! "

"The pools were nice!! I just don’t like smoking allowed everywhere. Especially around other peoples kids. "

"The bathroom needs some love, sheets had some holes on it, the staff are not nice at all, nobody ask you if you need anything, you serve yourself, really bad compare to other countries that I have been, there is a lot of noises at night, did not like it at all."

"We had a great stay at this property. The rooms were clean. Shower was a little under the weather. We did have an issue with check in. It took 3 extra hours to get our room. Not ideal after a long travel day, but after that it was a very nice week. "

"The arrival to the resort was great! The staff is very professional and welcoming. However, the water issue the morning after caused many guests to not be able to shower. Although the issue was fixed, the following morning there was no hot water in the shower. Besides those small issues the stay was about average."
