The resort is lovely, the beach areas and pools are great, the grounds are beautiful. Fantastic breakfast buffet ($30). However, even at $400+ per night we were given a room on the bottom floor, facing the parking lot and some sort of weird storage area. The sliding door inner curtain was missing, so for privacy we had to keep the blackout drapes drawn, which meant we were basically staying in a dark cave the entire week. Resort was “97% booked” so we were not moved (which, if true, I do understand).Our neighbors in the next room were overheard also asking to be moved, and they had booked through Expedia as well, which made me wonder if the guests who use 3rd party apps are given the worst rooms…. I would stay here again- but I would pay the extra $$ up front to upgrade the room choice.

Staff was amazing, RJ, Karina, Emmeleton, Shanti, all exceptional at their jobs. Made me feel extremely cared for. Ryan stood out as a manager as he identified during our conversation at Marriot Bonvoy Managers reception that it was my wife's birthday and the next day and had a beautiful piece of cake sent to the room for her. Exceptional location amenities and staff!!!!!

Room cleanliness excellent. I took my family here last April 2025 (4 of us) for a week, great experience. Took my family again plus 2 other adults (6 in total across 2 rooms) for a week. Overall service quality, busyness of hotel (seemed like 20-30% more people- lots of events), difficult to get spot on the beach or by pool (lots of towels on chairs nobody attending). No servers on beach. Lots of new staff, lots of repeating same information etc. Overall Okay!

We had an excellent stay at the Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very relaxing, with a great beach and amazing sunset views. The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food and drinks were consistently good. Perfect location—peaceful yet close to Willemstad. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Would of been five stars for me if they had an all-inclusive option..

Rooms were cleaned after 4 pm and it was only the beds that were tucked and nothing else. Towels were replaced with an unpleasant odor. Pool area pavement was not once cleaned. Floors were always sandy. Breakfast can be improved. Won’t be coming back to this resort.
