"Boutique hotel on the ocean a short walk to town. Just wonderful. Booked a 2 bed ocean front suite and had the best room there. Huge balcony overlooking the ocean was the star. Had to navigate a narrow spiral staircase up 3 flights but so worth it. Can’t speak to the experience in the other rooms but I know they don’t have as perfect a view. Room was very clean. Restaurant on site is great. Half a dozen other great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. No real beach but the stairs access to the ocean works well. Pools are small but nice. Could use more lounge chairs with shade. Biggest downside was the number of people smoking. Would stay there again in a hot second in the same room."

"I would have said that the service was excellent, if it had not been for the negative impression left by the attitude of one of the receptionists, whose name I unfortunately do not have. She assisted me on Sunday, March 8, after midday. Nevertheless, I would like to especially thank Nuhara and Zaniab for their impeccable attention and professionalism."

"I booked an Ocean View Junior Suite, but unfortunately was never placed in that room due to a pipe burst prior to my arrival. Instead, I was moved to a two-bedroom room with additional space that I did not need. The room I was placed in also had no hot water and drainage issues, which made the stay frustrating. During the trip, I was then asked to move rooms again to accommodate another reservation, which added to the inconvenience. Communication from the property manager was inconsistent and the overall handling of the situation felt disorganized. I was offered a drink voucher, birthday decorations (which I never received), and a 4% refund as compensation. The restaurant and pool staff were the highlight of the stay — they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and the food was delicious. The view from the property is also beautiful. However, for a hotel with an 8.8/10 rating, I expected a much smoother and more professional experience. Hopefully management takes feedback like this seriously so future guests have a better stay."
