amazing slice a paradise, especially after visiting the local beaches which can get crowded and little hectic. it was so nice to return to heaven after daily excursions. the property has a lovely peaceful private beach with decent snorkeling. the staff is phenomenally kind. delicious food. best spot on the island!

The property was amazing. When you walked through the front doors you felt like you were in Bali. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. Food was great and the restaurant setting was beautiful. We travel a lot and it was one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed at.

Cannot say enough amazing things about this resort. It’s quaint and very well appointed; relaxing. Every care is taken so that guests are comfortable and well cared for. They have thought of everything. Staff are amazing. Our room, The Banyan Tree Room was very clean and comfy. The outdoor shower area was amazing. They gave the bed dinner nights. The BBQ night was exquisite. The best food we had on the island!!!

Paradise! Very quite, isolated, and clean. Everything is thought through. The food is very good and you don't have to leave the resort. The beach is on a smaller side, but incredibly clean, with peaceful clear water and beautiful fish. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! We had the private beachfront suite on the corner close to the sundeck specialty dining area. We elected for the all inclusive plan once we arrived. It did not disappoint. We did not leave our villa the first 2 days then we decided to go to the restaurant on site for lunch a couple of days and the last night on the beach for dinner. The service was fabulous, the food was amazing, the drinks never stopped, great massage outdoors, outdoor shower and bath. I just can't say enough great things about this amazing place. We cannot wait to go back!

Esse hotel parece já ter vivido tempos melhores. A estrutura e a praia do hotel são lindas, porém o atendimento deixa muito a desejar, com funcionários pouco simpáticos, que em certos momentos mais parecem estar te fazendo um favor. Também observei diversas toalhas das espreguiçadeiras rasgadas, o que foi surpreendente em um hotel dito de luxo. Além disso, o hotel está com várias obras acontecendo durante todo o dia, inclusive ao lado da área de praia, de modo que sempre tinha um barulho de obra por perto. No nosso caso, para piorar, estavam fazendo também uma obra das 9 a.m. até 5 p.m. no quarto anexo ao nosso, ou seja, impossível descansar durante o dia no próprio quarto. Em um dos dias, resolveram, para a própria conveniência, estender a obra até 6.30 p.m. e se limitaram a mandar um pedido de desculpas por telefone. Ou seja, pagamos bastante por uma experiência completa, mas sequer pudemos usufruir do quarto livremente para descansar - que é algo que se busca em um hotel como esse - e somente fomos avisados das obras na chegada, sem qualquer aviso quanto a isso no momento da reserva. Por outro lado, o hotel não se preocupou em nos compensar de nenhuma forma o imenso inconveniente e mesmo tendo a equipe informado que o gerente nos procuraria para conversar, nada foi feito até o check out. Ficou muito claro que a administração não se preocupa com o bem-estar dos hóspedes, mas apenas em maximizar os próprios lucros. Preço de luxo, porém com padrão no geral muito inferior.
