Very cheaply made hotel. Thin walls, awful carpet with wrinkles and stains, cheap door frames preventing the door from shutting, appliances are all plastic. Otherwise everything else was great.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Element Hotel in Curaçao. The hotel was clean, quiet, and perfectly located right in the middle of everything. I was able to walk to the beach, the Emma Bridge, and so many great restaurants nearby, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. The staff was helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Curaçao.

Location was perfect! The rooms were always extremely clean. Our balcony had gorgeous views (especially of fireworks nightly), the upstairs bar was great, and staff was always so helpful, kind, and accommodating. I’m so happy we stayed here!

It was a great location in downtown with plenty of activities during the New Year period. However, we had to wait for one hour for the room to be ready. There weren’t enough towels, and there was no iron in the room. We had to request one, and fortunately, we received the last one available. Some of the staff were nice, but one of them did not have complete information about the hotel.

The carpet on the way to the rooms extremely dirty and smelly. Very nice rooms very clean bed. Paid $230 1 night. But no 24 hour staff or lobby service and very dirty halls on the way to the room. Has potential to be a 4 star hotel . Need to put noice protection windows

Lovely well kept hotel with nice rooftop space with pool and bar. There is music at night but this added to the enjoyment. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Would recommend for its central location, price and cool vibe.

Hotel was newer but not overly well maintained. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty, smelly and stained. The rooms show wear and tear. Bed was very soft with no top sheet (I wonder when the duvet was washed last?). The shower also appeared to have black mold in some of the grout lines. We were there after a long travel day for one night prior to moving to an AirBNB. We did try to go to bed early on a Friday night and were surprised that there was very loud music playing that even with ear plugs prevented us from sleeping until about 11 pm. On a positive note the In room coffee bar was well set up and the washroom was a nice size.

Pros - Staff were very courteous and helpful. Beds very comfy. Location was good for walking around and sightseeing, but... Cons - Location also a drawback if you're trying to go to bed before midnight. Loud music every night til then made it impossible to fall asleep before midnight. A few other issues with this hotel... mold in shower, due to tile not being sloped properly. Shower would take a full day to drain all the way. One day the shower was clogged completely, had to get staff to come fix after we abandoned our shower early (otherwise the floor was going to flood). Lastly, carpet in hallways was absolutely filthy.
