We stayed at the hotel from May 3rd, 2026 to May 14th, 2026, and every part of our experience was wonderful. From the very first interaction, the customer service was exceptional. We had requested a specific type of room, and not only were our requests accommodated, but they truly exceeded our expectations. We also had a late check-in, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally, making our arrival completely stress-free. The room itself was extremely clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The entire hotel is spotless and very well managed. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. We stayed on the south side on the sixth floor just below the pool area, and the location was perfect. The room had a sleek, modern feel — perhaps adding another piece of artwork or décor could make it feel a little cozier — but overall it was very comfortable, relaxing, and immaculate. What truly made this stay stand out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and eager to help — from the front desk staff to the people handing out towels. Everyone consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. We will be back!"
