This is one of my favorite hotels when I travel to FLL. From the parking attendant to the front desk personnel, professionalism is sensed from everyone that works here. The rooms are SUPER quiet. I always reserve a king bed and it is one of the most comfortable beds. This feels like a 5 star hotel. The pool and work out gym are both awesome.

The hotel exceeded my expectation in overall service, cleanliness and cruise port location. Negatives: no walkable food or shopping nearby; for seniors bed is too high off the ground, and toilet seat is too low (almost at ground level). Highly recommend.

Love the airport shuttle (Thomas) check in very professional and quick. Only wish they had free continental breakfast most people are staying overnight before embarking on a cruise ship. Great location. And who wants to pay 15.00 a person for breakfast and you’ll be getting on a cruise soon? Still a 4-5 star would stay again.
