The room is very bland and basic, but it was clean and the cool white LEDs gave it a very grey ambience. This is fine and not the cause of the issues we had. It was 29-30c and we switched on the AC. There was a loud metallic vibration sound. We reported this to front desk maybe 30 mins after we checked in as the sound was unbearable at that point. We had a flight to leave for at 430am. We asked for a room change, which they refused to do. The hotel was NOT full. They made us wait in our room till past 8pm. We had dinner plans that had to cancel, as they did not have a safe in the room and we had valuables in there. The front desk (Ray) was attentive but not empathetic. He said managment will be told about our issue and will contact us. Its been days and nothing.
