Air conditioning was good, room was fine, we asked at the front desk for 2 bottles of water and never received them. The elevator was out of order for a few hours and we had fire alarms go off at 5:30 am and again at 6 am our first night Thursday technically Friday morning. Which really disrupted our sleep- we never heard why it happened.

The location is great. The staff are efficient and friendly. The lobby is fabulous on a cooler day due to both fireplaces being on. The room is nice. The only complaint is the bathroom is small. There is no vanity space to put your toiletries. Otherwise, all is good.

We were given a room that was very noisy and the windows were all blocked like a prison. There was a big equipment outside the room that made loud noises. The room was also small not what we booked. After we requested again they gave us a better room. They should not have sold us the first room to begin with.
