Hotel is in ideal location within walking distance to downtown. The hotel is older, and the ceiling above the shower is starting to flake. You have to pay for parking, would be nice if parking was cheaper for hotel guests. Staff was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Love my stay, staff is always helpful and very friendly. I visit Fort Lauderdale every year at least twice and have tried other Hotels and Riverside will always be my go to.

nice property, but noisy from building work going on, car park charges seem expensive on top of the price of the stay, rooms were nice and comfortable, but we werent even given complimentary water on arrival, typical hotel everything is chargeable, did enjoy the staff around the bar at the Riverside shout out to Gabriel who was excellent. Pool temperature needs looking at, far too warm

The staff were exceptional. Accommodating and professional…can’t say enough. Our room was freshly renovated and clean - comfortable and modern. My only feedback for possible improvement would be bedding and mattress for better sleeping comfort. In all other regards, I absolutely loved all beautiful details this historical hotel had to offer!
