I enjoyed my stay at Hollywood Beachside Boutique. The late check-in was seamless, the room was comfortable, and the parking was good. We were really close to the beach, which was great. The only feedback that I would suggest is customer service training for the front desk staff. There appeared to be a cultural difference in communication. They often interpreted simple questions as challenging, and they became defensive, which made it difficult to get certain needs met. They became very defensive when asked questions.

The property seems to have a lot of potential. Very close to the beach, but you can tell it’s older and not the best kept. Room was large, but needed some additional items to warm it up a bit. Maybe some rugs. Also the room we stayed in was on the end closer to N. Ocean Dr. felt a bit unsafe at first when we arrived at night, but felt better as time went on. Door could use another lock. I was there with my 4-year old so I wanted to make sure we were safe.
