The property seems to have a lot of potential. Very close to the beach, but you can tell it’s older and not the best kept. Room was large, but needed some additional items to warm it up a bit. Maybe some rugs. Also the room we stayed in was on the end closer to N. Ocean Dr. felt a bit unsafe at first when we arrived at night, but felt better as time went on. Door could use another lock. I was there with my 4-year old so I wanted to make sure we were safe.

This location can't be beat! Steps from the Hollywood Boardwalk with lots of dining options and shopping all in a walkable distance. The room was a suite with 1 bedroom and pull out trundle sofa couch in living/dining area. Kitchen could use remodeling. It was clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Not a quiet place, due to nightlife. You hear people partying on Boardwalk all night. But if that is what you came for, that might work for you. We felt safe and secure and parking was close by the suite just below us. No elevator to 2nd floor which was a bit of pain to pull suitcases up the stairs for an elderly woman and 2 kids. Overall it was a very good stay and check in and out was fast and easy.

This is a unique gathering of small buildings. Was grateful for the painting of the roof line so that they all matched and you knew which was part of the Hotel group. The room was quite clean. Some of the fixtures and what not are in need of replacement. The Front desk DAIBI was fantastic. Very patient and kind. I’ll definitely go back.

I must say this is one of the best vacations I’ve ever taken. The rooms was very nice. The property was clean when I pulled up to my hotel people were out and joining themselves full of fun.one issue with the refrigerator didn’t work ! by the time I went to the office When I came back someone was at my door, removing it and putting a new refrigerator in .fastest service I’ve ever gotten in my life. Everyone on the property was very polite and worked very hard. I will give a five star very close to the beach food and lots of fun shopping. This is it. I will come again any day and the price was great five days I stayed overall the property was great not far from the beach two minutes stop
A little pricey, but very tasty $80. It was worth it. Feed two people or more.

Overall a high 9.7/10. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and professional. They provided chairs and towels. The location is steps away from the beach and to many beachfront dining options. The room had great bedding, AC, a smart TV to login into Netflix, a small kitchenette and full-size fridge. We stayed for almost a week and liked it a lot. Shout out to the cleaning staff that always provided towels and a fresh room. The only improves I’d recommend is adding curtains to reduce sunlight and maybe free-parking (which is a rarity), but a very good stay and highly-likely to stay again.

Stayed here for years - originally the night before a cruise from Miami or Ft Lauderdale (were Michiganders.) Now we live in Florida, & came for a birthday weekend. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, and we like we're just off the (very) busy Broadwalk. It only takes a minute to walk to it. They offer towels and chairs to take to the beach, which is a great service. The outside is starting to look a bit worn, so hopefully that can be addressed soon.

We had a great stay it was amazing ! Our only issue was that we were staying for 4 nites after 2 nites we took the do nit disturb sign down and asked for clean towels the house keeping lady said ok but we never got them so i took to to the lady she didnt speak english and she dounded like she was yelling at me after her lectured me in spanish for about 3 min she finally gave me clean towels but would not give me clean wash cloths . Would totally stay again best part was the walk to the beach !
