The staff was very courteous on the welcoming. Room was very clean and spacious, bed was super soft and so comfortable. The only thing I think was too pricy and that it doesn’t say in the website is that their is no parking available unless you don’t want to get your car towed so you have no choice but to pay for valet parking. Website does say the valet parking is available if needed but around that area, your car will be towed if not parked in a descent parking. The view was amazing from the 7th floor rooftop where there is a pool, jacuzzi and bar/ restaurant lounge. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that’s looking to have a great vacation view on downtown Sheridan.

Costa Hollywood was perfect! I thought my 2 bedroom suite was gorgeous! Very modern and clean. I also loved the 7th floor pool and bar area. The beach views from there were stunning!! The staff was very accommodating, it was easy to find, and the parking was easy. Whats not to love!! I will be staying here again, and highly recommend it.

Let me first start by saying my wife and I stayed in June of 2025 and loved the location,room view and since we used her account “vip member” the bottle of wine on the house was nice along with the room upgrade. Great experience. Fast forward to October when we decided to bring our 4 kids with us. I booked on my account to build my status on Expedia. No upgrades or freebies. No biggie definitely understand that. Now to the room upon entry we noticed an out of service sign on the dishwasher so one major appliance down definitely inconvenience with kids on vacation. Oh well we can hand wash it all. Then a few days of enjoying the ocean and we buy laundry detergent for our in room washer and dryer combo. We were excited to be able to do their laundry in the room while enjoying some time out shopping and taking in the boardwalk.Well what do you know error codes pop up on the drying cycle. So we decided to say something at the front desk. So they came in and Slapped a sorry for the inconvenience sticker on it and told us they have a laundry room a short walk from our room. Which we would have had to download an app and pay for. That was a disappointment. They did however fix our living room blind that wouldn’t go up or down all the way. So this time definitely a little disappointing.

The only reason I was staying there was because of a concert. Concert was canceled and property would not change my reservations. So I lost 500.00 . Make sure you don’t have to change plans before you book here. They will not work with you at all. I just want to change my dates to the rescheduled concert.
