"The room was clean and the personal was great, in the brazilian rest wilfredo, manuel and angel were fantastic, at the steack house was victor. Especially at the front desk the staff of Ingmar, Woodley, Nally and Suselly are fantastic. Woodley went above and beyond to make our experience great."

"The room was very clean and it was cleaned everyday. The service was great, the food was good (the only food we did not like was the hibachi and the blue grill steak house). We didn’t feel well after eating at those restaurants. Otherwise, the concierge, Breilin was great, he responded quickly and kept me updated with the daily activities. He also made reservations for me at the hibachi restaurant and surprised my boyfriend with balloons, cake, and champagne for his birthday! Everything was wonderful and I will come back to this resort."

"Ocean El Faro had great pools with amazing lazy river, perfectly situated in the middle of the hotel complex. I enjoy staying there because it was a lot of shadow and was close to restroom and convenient snack bar. Our room was on 3rd floor and had very comfortable bed with firm but soft mattress. We also enjoyed our stay because our butler Kevin made that stay very enjoyable. He was sending us daily activities and helped to reserve dinners to great restaurants we went to. He always had a nice smile on his face and was making sure we were helped and satisfied."
