PAY VERY CLOSE ATTENTION @ BOOKING!!! THREE separate EXCELLENCE PROPERTIES IN PUNTA CANA and Expedia does NOT label well at all. The EXCELLENCE CLUB @ FINEST ADULT ONLY SEPARATE “SECTION” (has rooms, some restaurants, pool & beach) area within a KID-friendly FINEST FAMILY PROPERTY. We stayed in “Excellence Cub” ADULT AREA which IS LUSH & TRULY EXCEPTIONAL! Early in week was our favorite time and staff anticipated needs, truly happy all the time and FAST. Property was very clean, elegant & comfortable. TRULY GREAT food at several restaurants!! Excellence Club room perks, champagne, stocked mini-bar, special access bar with the AWESOME RONY! WIFI worked great (can use in Airplane mode). Would return as food & top shelf generosity was unmatched!

Overall very nice and relaxing perfect first trip to DR. Only complaint was the room service, Aries really gave me a hard time and had an attitude for no reason at all. He kept telling me they only served coffee for room service and when i asked any questions he constantly put me on hold for minutes. I eventually got help from a lady im not sure her name. Also, the room had hair in the shower and jacuzzi, also surfaces werent properly wiped down.

Excellent swim up room with lots of deck furniture, hammock in the pool, pool heated so can enjoy at night. Sun beaming in first thing in the morning and sun directly out from 7:30AM roughly until about 3;30PM and the sun does not set until about 6:45 so lots of time outside.

The staff was amazing! Henry at the excellence bar, Adrian at the Gusto restaurant and Mary at the sunset swim up bar were all fantastic! The rooms were cleaned every day. From everyone at the welcome desk that unloaded our luggage to the gentleman that showed us around the resort to all the workers on the beach they were all accommodating.

It all started with the warmest welcome and introductions ! Beautiful island with a beautiful resort. Every single person was so nice and always going above and beyond. There’s not one negative thing I can say about this resort, rooms, pools, beaches, personnel; it was all over the top wonderful. The food at all of the restaurants were better than I ever had or even had the opportunity to ever try before. We will be visiting again soon ! Thank you for such an EXCELLENT experience!
