I was really disappointed with the service and staff attitude at this hotel. Although the property looks nice, the hospitality was far below expectations. The food quality and restaurant service were inconsistent, and it felt very different from the Excellence resorts I’ve stayed at before. I also had to spend a lot of time dealing with issues instead of enjoying my vacation, which completely ruined my first solo trip. The only positive side was the pool area and the beach view, but overall I would not recommend this place.

The pools were excellent. Beach is beautiful. The only downside was the vendors that approach guests on the beach. The staff was friendly but some were a little less interactive than what we have experienced at Excellence resorts in Mexico. Well worth the money and I would definitely go again.

Stacy and Rocio from the pool service was fenomenol, Randy and Natanael from the grill and agave restaurants were great as a customer service. Food was not great need more simple things as al salad bar, regular meat too. Besides the food hotel clelan and the service was great.

This hotel was quiet and peaceful. Very relaxing. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The food was okay. The drinks were good. I would recommend this hotel if you’re just looking to relax and just have a peaceful quiet vacation.
