Our experience at Zoëtry was nothing short of amazing and exceeded my expectations. I celebrated my 27th birthday and enjoyed some much needed relaxation and fun away from work for a week. They even went out of their way to give me a thoughtful birthday surprise. From the luxurious spa to the beautiful pool/beach days and the kindest staff I will 100% be coming back one day. We even went on a few excursions to Monkey Land, ATV buggies and Coco Bongo and made memories I’ll never forget. Thank you to the Zoetry staff for the best birthday ever!

Mosquitoes was an issue with our stay. Be careful with what looks to be a hotel customer service desk which unfortunately is a time share type product desk. It is disappointing when one wants to get away for a vacation to relax and instead finds pushy people trying to sell you an unlimited membership from $50k upwards on the spot. Even more disappointing was that Hyatt is behind this operation which will make me think twice before reserving this brand again. Otherwise the hotel staff were very pleasant.

Zoetry Augua is a very beautiful, serine resort with Caribbean vibes, lush green landscaping throughout, pools overlooking the private beach, clean comfortable spa like rooms with bottles of wine waiting for you inside, this resort has less than 100 rooms, it will not be crowded which allows the friendly yet professional staff to offer more personalized attention as they pamper you from the minute you arrive on site, your personal concierge makes sure the staff attends to your every need. The restaurants are wonderful and accommodating with many healthy meals to choose from, poolside swim up bars, your favorite beverages delivered to you while soaking in the sun on the private beach, the spa and health club are a short walk from wherever you are. This was our first time to Zoetry, we did not know what to expect, we would either find out it was amazing or they had had a very good photographer for their advertisements, we were pleasantly surprised to find it was everything and more, we can’t wait to return.

From start to finish Zoetry exceded our expectations. We were sent to another resort we were unhappy with and got relocated to Zoetry by Expedia. As soon as we arrived we were greated by our concierge Dio who went above and beyond all week. The grounds were gorgeous and the beach was perfect. Our room was so pretty and was on the beach which was what I wanted. Room service was a nice feature which we used for breakfast. The food was amazing! The complementary horseback riding was also really enjoyable. We dealt with 2 different people named Juan Carlos who were both awesome. I cannot say enough how much we loved this resort. We highly recommend.
