i just have to say is WOW! This resort was perfect from the staff to the rooms to the activities wow , i when to relax ,work from my computer nice and quiet then have fun, is very clean ,safe from all grounds. The food was excellent. No regrets . Will come back soon. 5 star . Some many things for the kids oh wow. Staff are so welcoming is amazing.

We loved our stay at this resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the property was very clean with beautiful, lush gardens throughout. The beach was great for relaxing and swimming, and the water park was a fun added bonus. Overall, we would definitely recommend this resort. The only slight drawback was the food. The options were fairly limited and on the bland side, so do not expect anything exceptional in terms of cuisine.

The hotel and facilities were very nice. I just had one problem and that was with the food but that's because I'm vegan. They knew and promised they would take care of us but it was not great. I kept asking for a vegetarian or vegan burger and they looked at me like they never heard of it. Then the day before we left I found that the steak restaurant which they told me not to go to, had a vegan burger on their menu. So they didn't even know that! It was right there so they could hs e made it available to us the w tire time so I fault them. They need to let their chefs and staff know what they offer! It was so disappointing to find out so late!

Very good room, easy access to the pool and restaurant. Confortable king size bed, balcony view to the garden. The pool are is a little bit quiet but in the pool bar area the music and drinks was very good and all the staff very friendly and polite. The only thing that was out my hand was the limited pool chairs available, we need to wake up early to get two pool chairs or in the beach area, the hotel maybe need to purchase some pool and beach chairs because this situation was not right because customers were worried about that issue while they are on vacation is no wort. Another situation was the restaurant availability within do reservations was impossible for my husband and I have decent dinner because every time we went to try to eat the restaurant schedule was full until last hour 9:30pm and at that time we were able to go to bed! I thought is better to have reservations for restaurant availability. In general was a good option for Christmas vacations and definitely we could to come back!

The staff was super nice and accommodating! There were plenty of loungers for everyone, however the beach loungers seem to get taken up after a certain hour. Staff was great at the beach with serving cocktails. Restaurants were a little slow with the ordering but the good was very good and many options. Buffet food had a great variety and everything was good! The VIP Club drinks were always delicious! Convenient for morning coffee and snacks! Unfortunately the coffee machine kept breaking there but they provided coffee on the side which was a great solution in the meantime. Beds were comfortable! The fire show amd the beach party was a lot of fun.

This resort was beautiful! I would say the only downfalls were that kids were kicked out of the bar with the pool tables at 10pm which made it difficult for our family since 3/4 of us were over 18. Also, the doors..... I'm not sure if it's the humidity or not, but the doors had to be slammed to close all the way, which was not great to hear before 6AM. We LOVED Cristofer from the entertainment crew, Eddy B. at the lobby bar, Chisley from security, and Hector when we checked in. There were more but I didn't get their names. But these guys made our trip more fun and we appreciate everything they do!
