The room was always very clean. The staff were ALL very friendly. The gardens/yards were always clean & tidy. Entertainment was great. The food was excellent every day…… except Monday (yesterday). The buffet was noticeably less, than every other day we were there. Definitely will share with friends how awesome this place is. Very good all around.

Henry (concierge) was awesome as always! Met Shelly with vacations club and she was very helpful and persuasive. Ask for Henry and Shelly! Food was a bit off this time around. Not sure if the issue but the freshness and options just weren’t there. Will definity return again!

Rooms and property were excellent! One issue I had was the buffet food. If it was supposed to be cold it was warm if it was supposed to be warm it was cool. Also the Spice restaurant didn’t cook the shrimp thoroughly it was still transparent. But I would definitely come back as those things are easy fixes!

Everything about our stay was exceptional! Our room was beautiful and housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping it clean and well stocked. I booked and paid for 6 people on the expedia site $7800 and the booking I made with Expedia only allowed me to resigter 2 people on the reservation. When ai arrived to the hotel, I was forced to pay an additional $5800 to the hotel to add on the additional 4 people because they said they only saw 2 people on the reservation and no one from the hotel or Expedia helped me and the hotel made me pay more.
