I've stayed in many all inclusives and this was my best. We booked a terrace lounge pool room. It was gorgeous and close to the dining areas. The property is kept up well, clean, with modern ammenities, and staff are all super kind. There were plenty of activities and a daily calendar of events available on the app. I downloaded the app prior to booking to see what activities were offered. I stayed in other all inclusives that were pretty boring so this was important to me. There's food available in the pool area and swim up bars. The only thing that needs improvement is the food taste. Although the burgers were a weird texture and room service food was hardly edible, we were able to find tasty options in the main dining buffet and I would gladly book this resort again!

We booked a junior suite with a private pool for 6 days let me tell you the room looked beautiful unfortunately, we never got to see it.. when we got there, they told us the room we booked was unavailable, and i'm not sure how that happens,that's the purpose of reservation.. The front desk staff is not very helpful and at times borderline rude and gave us a "better room" they were just trying to pacify us saying they were giving us something special It didn't take long to find out that was not the case. We booked and paid for a specific kind of room, and for some reason, they gave it away to somebody else and told us too bad. That was my wife's birthday.. The property was not nearly as nice as the pictures, but it wasn't bad either.Just nothing special. It was a very, very quiet resort except for all the children, even in the adult's only area.. the whole thing was very disappointing, and we actually checked out two days early because the resort was so unaccommodating.

We had exceptional service at every turn (shout out to Guillermo), the whole resort was very clean, our bed was comfortable, good food and the check in process with Marcelo and Carmina in the Club area was flawless. We highly recommend the swim up suites for your room choice, the pool is warm and it’s nice to have at the end of the night. We cannot say enough good things. Thank you to all at the Finest!

Overall this is a fantastic resort. We were shocked at how quiet the Excellence side was during the day and night. We never had to “reserve” a lounger at the beach nor pool. Food was good at the buffet and excellent at the a la carte restaurants.

The room I booked which was a private pool was not available, they did upgrade us but the room was alright still would’ve preferred my original room. Only dinner is nice rest is ehh. Also I accidentally booked my room for one person through Expedia and they made me pay $500 extra to add a person. They charged me that before letting me know my room was not available which was very sneaky of them. If I had know I’d probably stay somewhere else. Room was also okay not the greatest. All staff other than the front desk check was really nice.
