"Very clean, comfortable nice room. Unfortunately I was put next to the elevator, and music plays constantly through the night in the elevator lobby. If I hadn’t brought headphones with me I would have been kept up by it."

"The staff was patient helpful knowledgeable and efficient They have a lovely lounge lovby and work area in the heart of the upper west side . Restaurants museums shoppong are steps away. This was an outstanding experience all the way around. I would like to say Vivek a desk clerk stands out ad a phenomenal employee. ."

"Stayed here twice. Always a problem checking in. Front staff woman has an attitude. Yesterday. She gave me room I didn’t request. I paid for 2 double beds. Tried to give me one queen bed"

"Room was fine (basic, dorm style, no sink). Staff were very friendly. Bathroom was a mess (big puddle all day, broken fixtures). But amazing location. Worth it for the price."
