Great location next to Central Park North with easy subway access and food nearby. Hotel lobby was clean and a very nice place to sit and relax, read, whatever. Upper bunk was a little challenging to climb in and out of, and the showers were a little small, but other than that, I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

I really enjoyed the area and being steps away from Central Park! Coffee shops, restaurants and transit nearby! The 2 person room was small but I didn’t spend much time there and I happened to get a very quiet and respectful roommate! The capsule was fun and equipped with lighting inside and charging ports. I loved the NY bagel breakfast with coffee and fruit which was complimentary every morning! Overall a great stay! I would like to go back!!

The sleep pods are nice and provide a comfortable sleep environment. The bathrooms are clean and the showers as well. Nice place to stay on a budget in NYC. There is plenty of places near by to get food. And it’s right off Central Park which is convenient. The Subway is only a short walk and easy to get to.

It was way too cold. I visited late April and the temperatures at night were at about 40 degrees. The heat was turned off and all they provided were a sheet and a fleece blanket. It was not enough to stay warm, even after requesting a second fleece blanket. Otherwise, I was really only there to sleep. Seemed clean enough and checking in was simple. I didn’t spend enough time to comment on anything else.
