"The elevators were broken and we spent much of our time waiting in long lines to get up and down from our room. There was a lot of frustration and some hostility from other travelers and the situation was not managed by the property, which should have had staff near the elevators at a minimum. Would not recommend staying here."

"Worst check-in ever in my life. Too well over an hour to get checked in. There must have been a line of 100 people getting checked in and only three staff members. The elevators took up to 20 minutes ! I had to push back a dinner reservation because everything took so long."
