"Lack of maintenance and unprofessional staff. The lady in the front desk gave us a hard time every time we asked for any assistance, “threatened to call the cops”!!! when asked to open our room door because we left our key inside the room. Broken amenities!! My 7 year old had to be hospitalized with neumonia due to his asthma flaring up by sleeping in a dry and cold room. The heater wasn’t functioning properly, we informed the staff and nothing was done. Cold air and water was also coming in the room through the window."

"Parking was a little tight but other than that I had no complaints. I came down on business so the only thing that really mattered to me was getting sleep. It was quiet and I slept good."
