The stay was excellent as always — a truly luxurious experience. The view and the pool were more than enough for our stay during the two stormy days. The only thing I would rate below five stars was the person who handled our check-out, since we are usually allowed to continue using the facilities (including the pool). However, this time, the staff member informed us that we could no longer use the pool from that moment on.

The ocean and city views were awsome. We went in middle of week and a lot of restaurants were not open. That is only negative to our time at Ocean, but we will definitly be back.

The unhappy front desk staff

The front desk staff was unfriendly and provided no information about the establishment. When asked for details regarding the four rooms I had reserved, they looked bathed and unhappy to be there As far as the rooms, I asked to be moved to another tower because as soon as you stepped out of the elevator, you were faced with a horrible smell, and the hallways were disgusting, with stains everywhere. Another disappointment was the view of the ocean.

My 3 day stay at Ocean Casino Resort was horrible. Had to make many calls to the Front Desk for items (toilet paper, broken shower head, glasses/cups, coffee maker, blankets) housekeeping should have provided when cleaning the room daily. Some staff at front desk had attitudes when I spoke to them about the items needed in the room.A lot of the restaurants were closed or they closed very early, few food choice for late night meals. I will never return to the Ocean Casino Resort.
