The room and stay was great, the housekeeping was not good at all, no one came to our rooms to fix the linens and bed, and i had to call front desk for housekeeping and no one came

Centurion Room was perfect (just like Vegas) but as usual they make you hike across the entire property with your bags through the casino to find your room. Not kid friendly at all (take kids to Showboat). Other complaint would be the persistent cigarette smell mask by some sort of perfume or air fragrance even when I was laying in bed in my smoke free room. Highlights would be the beautiful lobby and what may be my favorite coffee place in the country, Tazza. Affordable coffee and incredible desserts and food open 24 hours.

For starters the Wi-Fi sucked. I tried to upgrade using the it department. She sucked. I asked for an upgrade as a disabled vet because the room I booked not only didn't have Wi-Fi but was facing the back of the building dark it was gloomy it was depressing I wanted to hang up but the guy who I asked for the upgrade at check in he sucked I will never ever ever stay at the Ceasers Atlantic City again. It seems as though no one wanted to work there at all. It seems as though no one was happy to wear the Caesar uniform at all I'm so sorry that I chose Caesars
