On the morning of checkout at 6am, I was awakened by a strong plastic smell. I called the front desk and they said they would send security up to check on it. Maintenance didn't come until 8am. They said the air filter was very dirty and they cleaned it.

My husband and I were here for our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful. The room was very spacious. The only downfall for us was there wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the room. We would taken either. We aren’t accustom to that. But all in all we had a nice time.

The last 4 nights have been really wonderful. The front desk team has been so kind and welcoming. The rooms have been amazing and clean. The Bell service is awesome. After a terrible first night, the last 4 nights have changed my mind completely.

The room I stayed in didn't have any windows, there was no WiFi, and the phone in the room didn't work. Good thing I had my cell phone with me. For what is charged for the room, those things should have been included. I'll know where NOT to stay next time I visit.

Poor luggage service. My 80 year old mom and I (61) had to carry all our bags in from the self park to a room that felt like it was a mile away. No one mentioned that there were carts. On my last day there, I found one man with a cart who told me that they were not given to the public. So, we carried all our bags back out to the car. My mom got sick from the experience, and there were no microwaves in the rooms. I ordered from the noodle place the first night at a cost of 78.00 dollars, and ate my leftovers cold the next night. I was in Atlantic City for a work exam and not for the casinos. Not planning to do Caesars again if I have to go back. It was hard on the both of us.
