I was in the Havana Tower which is conveniently located by Carmines and other restaurants. The hotel itself was nice but there were some areas that needs improvement. The room could really use an update. Besides the bathroom, everything else feels dated. The carpet looked so old and dirty I didn’t want to walk on it barefoot.

Puddles of urine and people sleeping in the stairwells. The room was well cleaned but had peeling wall paper, missing cabinet veneer, loose floor tiles, and a thermostat unit that did not influence the temperature in the room.

My husband and I were here with about 3 other couples celebrating a birthday..we enjoyed ourselves..the biggest disappointment for us was the place is so huge and no literature is given, at check in, to explain where to find anything…no brochure, maps etc., were in the rooms..we discovered most things on the last day ,walking around taking pictures
