We stayed Chelsea south rooms, need to be updated. There was a dead roach on the coffee table. The hot water was not hot. Besides this it is ok. i can and will return to the Tropicana but bit to that side ..

Yes but it was freezing outdoors and the room on floor 17 north building had no heat for 4 of 5 nights There was no information in room about activities, entertainment, how to work tv or restaurants hours or even New Years Eve or Day Very disappointed as went for Anniversary celebration Check in and out and valet were efficient and staff pleasant and prompt

Everything was great besides our view. I paid for an executive king ocean view suite for my husband’s birthday and we ended up on the 52 floor of Havana Towers with a view of the parking lot and buildings. No Ocean view

I was not given a double bed room that I booked for (They upgraded me to a single bed?) Then they made me pay $175 to get a double bed room. I thought this upcharge was wrong, and was not happy about it. I paid pretty much double for the same room I booked. Bad buisness all around.
