Disappointing Stay — Hotel Desperately Needs Renovation. 
I stayed at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel for one night (Saturday to Sunday), and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. For a rate of about $180 per night, I expected a comfortable, well-maintained stay, but the hotel felt extremely dated and in serious need of renovation. The first room had a strong odor — a mix of smoke and frowzy — and even appeared to have a reused bar of soap in the bathroom, which was unacceptable. The front desk staff was kind enough to move me to another room, and while I appreciated that, the second room had the same issues: old carpet with a lingering smell, worn furniture, and an outdated mattress that clearly needed replacing. The entire property feels neglected, with carpets and decor that seem unchanged for well over a decade. Considering it’s not located near the beach or boardwalk, the nightly rate and additional parking charge make it even harder to justify. Frankly, Sheraton should be ashamed to have this property associated with its name. It doesn’t reflect the quality or standards that travelers expect from the brand. Until this hotel is properly renovated, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or value.

I am very disappointed with Sheraton Hotel Room linen was very unclean. Pillows and Sheets were covered in someone hair and makeup and sheets were covered in body fluids. I will not be visiting another Sheraton Hotel.
