The hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was nice and clean. The check in and check out process was efficient. The staff was polite and answered my questions with a smile. I will definitely stay at Bally's Hotel in the near future.

The room 450 I stayed in the door lock was broken. I tried calling to get someone to come fix it and no one came. I went and asked for someone to come and no one came. My sister called from her room 488 for extra blankets and never got them. No one answered the front desk or the maintenance dept. The restaurant Prime Grill was horrible. The hostess had the worst attitude and we waited over a half hour to be seated in a half empty restaurant. Then we waited another 15-20 for our drinks and after waiting 25 minutes for our cold food to come out, the turkey sausage had no seasoning & tasted watery. The pork sausage was nasty, the bacon was burnt and they kept giving half cups of hot water. The checkout was even worst. The cashier was slow with an attitude and when she saw that I wanted to give the waiter cash tip in his hand, she left the counter to see how much I gave him. Leaving a line of about 6 customers for about 10 minutes. The Manager was nice but you can tell he was overwhelmed and used to getting a lot of complaints. The staff that was there was too slow. I will not be going back.

I had booked two rooms at the same time but when I checked in the two rooms were no where near each other. One room was on the second floor and the other was on the third floor. When I asked to have both rooms near each other but I was told the hotel was sold out. The purpose of reserving two rooms together is to have both rooms near each other. This was extremely frustrating and the staff was not helpful. I do not recommend this hotel.
