The customer service was terrible. The landline, a light, and heater were not working. We informed in the reception but the refused service. I communicated several times and then responded at 12am at last. They were very rude. There was bed bug in our room and they still refused to change the room for us.

So I guess the biggest thing is that even in the non-smoking areas you could just smell the smoke. As well, their nice big swimming pool costs extra. Now the family pool is nice. It’s about 3 feet deep and it’s very relaxing. But the nice one on Expedia cost extra money. Just let you know.
