Sink needed to be clear. Water went down extremely slow. If housekeeping was doing their job properly as far as cleaning those things they would know that and report it to the engineer Department. Room would not heat above 71 degrees. Took them 2.5 hrs to bring us two blankets. The burger joint was good and service fast and reasonable. Concert hall was comfortable but blind spot due 2 curtains on entire right and left side. Customer svs was great and check out. Used desk to check out not kiosk. $15 rate if ur staying in room which we found to be fantastic since you can come in and out as much as you like.

We got bed bugs Bites. Children in adjacent room bouncing off beds into the wall and yelling for hours. Room carpeting looked dirty with lint pieces as well. House keeping vacuuming hallways after 8pm. - - We have had a pleasant relaxing time prior to this trip. - - Very disappointing!

They did Not clean the room on the second day even after I requested it to be cleaned due to an accident we had in the bed. I had the asked a staff member on my floor to replace the sheets for me she stated she had no hold over rooms and could get in trouble for cleaning my room. I called the desk 3 times and no one came. The pool and the hot tub were very cold they worked on them for over 5 hrs and never fixed them. It was about 65 degrees in the pool area, it never got to its normal temperature of 82 degree. The pool/hot tub was my reason for my stay.
