Our overall stay was good, the hotel and atmosphere was very beautiful, but some minor things were the issue, there was no blow dryer in the room, nor a microwave or even a coffee maker, we was traveling with kids, one of them being an infant so we needed to warm water or formula which wasn’t an option, we tried to purchase warm water from the dining options in the hotel but they only had tap water and couldn’t warm the bottle water for us even if we purchased the water from them, parking for guests staying at the hotel was not included either, towels was not provided at the water park for guests that stayed at the hotel as well. Majority of other hotels/waterpark resort chains have these accommodations so we were a bit surprised when these basic services weren’t included. We would honestly stay at this hotel again, however we would go more prepared the next time.

During our stay, we experience so many roaches in our bedroom it was our son’s birthday and we brought his birthday cake we stepped out the room to go to the Arcade we came back up to sing him happy birthday and there was roaches on his birthday we had to trash his cake we paid $200 for his cake we were unable to even get a single bit of it he was so upset. The arcade and water park was very nice the food was great the bed were very small and low to the ground no fitted sheets so the sheets would not stay in the bed I did not want my skin to touch the actual mattress so it was not comfortable to sleep. The staff we very nice at very part of the hotel that was the best part as my son is autistic he had some behavior and they were very understanding overall we will definitely come back to the arcade and the waterpark would probably stay at another hotel for the room
