Con; there was no microwave available, and customers had to rent or purchase it for the room. When I called for room service or front desk, person whom answer had an attitude about the information of the microwave. Also, there should be a discount or free validating parking for customers staying at the hotel. In addition, please update televisions. Pro; Chris serviced us with great customer service skills, and he was very helpful, and accommodating. Arcade was really nice for my daughter and we had a lot of fun. Would I stay at this hotel? Never again!

Perfect hotel for families, especially the kids...huge arcade, go karts, roller skating, AND an indoorwater. It has 2 bars on the first floor. Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom, clean towels and bedsheets. I will definitely go back since the kids enjoyed so much. Keep in mind, the casino is closed. The hotwl is located between the hard rock hotel and the ocean hotel, you can walk to eith of thise casinos.

Cleanliness of the place could be better. Shower head. Parking if you dont pay before u check in or as soon as u park u get a parking violation for 88$. I thought the parking was free to guest staying there. Water park is also not free to guest.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was great and friendly. Made me feel extremely welcome. The entertainment that is offered to the hotel guests like swimming, arcades, skating and golf. I felt it was a nice touch. I stayed at more exclusive hotels in Atlantic City and tombs was my first at the Showboat. I am ready to book a second trip there.

The rooms that I’ve stayed in so far the heat didn’t work well and / or the AC on the warmer month. And I know it’s geared towards kids now and you don’t have any control over this but this kids running up and down the halls at 1 o’clock in the morning, slamming doors. I only stay at this hotel because it’s usually on the cheaper side for rooms. Otherwise, I stay at the Ocean or Borgota. It is a good last-minute hotel to get just would be better when they have a casino back and get rid of these kids games.

First room that was given to me, the bed wasn’t made with the sheets on the floor and looked very gloomy. Luckily they were able to move me to a different room however the ocean view was very partial and mostly of the garage building and hotels next door. Would’ve like a full ocean view if that’s what I booked.

We went to the waterpark. I didn’t really see too much for toddlers. It was a mini slide. The water was cold. The machines in the arcade half of them wasn’t working. They were broke the food and the breakfast place there. Was not OK, but it was what it was. I didn’t like that. We spent a certain amount of money and didn’t have a microwave in our room and that we had to pay $24. If we wanted one. I didn’t like the fact that everything close early the waterpark 8 o’clock seven the arcade 11 12 o’clock. In certain days and it wasn’t a lot of rides for toddlers. I just hope they get some stuff for little kids a section that they can really play because the moon bounce my grandkids could not get on it and the little small toddler area was little and I hope they work on the games and better time and when it comes to the waterpark and again have something for the kids and a breakfast they gotta do better, especially with the restaurants and people coming in and out of different hotels to find food. They should have something that’s open to a certain time in there.

This place is cheesy, rundown, and gross. The way to loud lobby music is terrible. The decor is peeling and dirty. Cockroaches in the room. The most uncomfortable metal bed. My kids chased a mouse around the mini golf course. The water park is the only good thing, but I would stay elsewhere, it's not even included in the resort fees!!! Not sure how you can call this a resort. Staff was nice.
