The first room 2113 was terrible. The heat did not work. We had to go back down to the front desk, wait in line, and then get another room 1127. So two stars lost for the inconvenience, of an hour lost! Second room was decent, but the bed was terrible! Another lost star. This is a TERRIBLE place to stay. Don't DO IT!

Because i read other customer reviews, and one of them said when checking in ask for a renovated room, I did just that The room was nice, but the hallway carpets and smell leading to the room was terrible. Its very kid friendly but being as though i had no kids with me, this hotel wasn't for me. For the price and the fact that i have never stayed here, i expected much more. I won't be booking here in the future. The hospitality was excellent, nontheless
