This resort was amazingg! Located 20 minutes from Cancun in Puertos Morelos but in a very secure area! Gated entry so very safe! The people were amazing and beyond friendly can’t wait to come back! Food was so good and my room was always cleaned! Private beach not the best clear water I recommend going to the hotel zone and being in that water!

Beautiful property! We had a great time. Lots of families and kids at this resort. The beach is very very small, no one was ever on it. There are some chairs and beds available, but you can’t walk the beach and we couldn’t swim due to the seaweed. The food was great, definitely recommend the Caribbean and the Italian. The electricity went out the first day and we had multiple fire alarms at 2 am for no apparent reason. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is great! The pools are awesome but the beachside is unusable due to the sea weed
