Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The resort emailed me in advance to say the air conditioning in my room was not working, and it was never properly resolved, making the room uncomfortable. There’s also wasn’t any attempt to switch my room. I was told that there were no other rooms available. Very had to believe that rooms are at capacity during my entire stay.
Housekeeping also threw away my dental retainers, which is a costly and serious mistake. No one took accountability or offered a real solution, despite the long-term impact this will have on my dental care.
There was also an incident with another family that made me feel unsafe. While guest behavior isn’t fully within the hotel’s control, it reflects the overall environment.
Overall, poor handling of issues, lack of accountability, and an uncomfortable stay. I would not return.
