We came for a wedding, which was a great time—but the hotel itself was just okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. For the price we paid, I expected more across the board: better amenities, more thoughtful service, and a bit more comfort. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely didn’t impress.

Spa was very nice and I had a wonderful massage. I know the resort cant control this but the smell of the ocean with the seaweed was horrible. I end up getting used to the smell, but when I would leave the property for excursions and come back, it was just terrible. Thank God, it did not smell in my room. Everything was great about the resort except the food. Nothing special, your basic all inclusive food not much variety . Barely any desserts.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! We booked it because it’s family-friendly, and it didn’t disappoint. My son loved the lazy river—we went through it multiple times a day—and the daily pool activities kept things lively. Dining was a highlight, with lots of options, though most restaurants required attire we hadn’t packed for. Only two allowed casual wear like t-shirts, shorts, and sandals. The seafood spot was decent, but the steakhouse was fantastic—we went twice. The ribeye was solid, but the clam chowder was amazing. The buffet also surprised us with a standout salmon Wellington, one of the best salmon dishes I’ve ever had. Room service was super convenient thanks to the app, which let us schedule meals, request tray pickup, and even order essentials like a toothbrush (handy since my husband forgot his). The downside was the room comfort. The bed and pillows weren’t supportive, and my husband’s back hurt most of the trip. The room itself could also use a refresh. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return—next time with the right clothes packed so we can try more of the restaurants!

Great for kids, water slides zip line, lazy river lots of people at time not enough lounge chairs, THERE IS NO BEACH you can not swim in ocean!!! It’s filthy dirty water smells like rotten eggs everyday. Apparently the reefs and close, no waves seagrass and other garbage collects and stays all the shore. So if you want to swim in the ocean it safely wont happen at this resort. Everything is is ok.

The resort was a lot smaller than it appears in the pictures. The beach was red flag closed the whole time I was there. Invasive seaweed is taking over. The water was brown and dirty. Although there are 4 pools 2 are for preferred clients so everyone is sharing the remaining pool. My family was disappointed upon arrival as the description of the property online did not live up to expectations.

Judy the manager made my stay perfect. My room leaked water and I almost fell, she listened to my concerns and made my stay pleasant. She up graded me to perferred member. She did an excellent job in making my bad experience in my room , become a great stay. Thank you Judy / manager
