Dirty and run-down; trash all over the parking lot and most other part of the property; check-in person refused to give me a key to the lobby restroom while I was checking in (after I explained to her that I had been on the road for hours and urgently needed to go). After driving 7 hours we checked in at 2:30 am, elevator was broken. I drug our luggage up to the 3rd floor to find out the room wasn’t even cleaned. Trash piled up, hair in the sink, bed linens in the floor. Called the front desk and they said they didn’t think there were anymore rooms. She finally found us another room. Trash all over the property, people out and about at all hours of the night.
