Usually, my stay there is wonderful, but this last trip during Christmas to New Year’s. I was really disappointed with one of the room furniture was chipped together up. The bartenders in the bar downstairs were not really like social. They got mad because I wanted hot lemon water. It was freezing And the smell wasn’t as good as usual like when you walk into the Westin usually you have like a signature you know you guys pump through there and my room smell like sewage the whole leading up to my room was not so good either just smell funky. I also called you guys 10 hours after I checked out and asked somebody to please find a photograph that I left in the room with my nephew and ITS been sitting on the little dresser. You couldn’t miss it and no one returned my calls so I guess I’m not going to get it back. ** The girl who delivered my room service she was EXCELLENT. MY FOOD WAS HOT COOKED RIGHT IT WAS DELICIOUS

The location of this property is very nice. The bar area is stellar. I believe the carpet in the room needs to be cleaned and not only vacuumed. There were stains in the carpet.
