Detroit Wayne County (DTW) is located southwest of Detroit, MI. From Detroit, it takes 30 minutes to drive to DTW via I-94 W. Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) sits 11 miles west of downtown New Orleans in Kenner, LA. Flights usually last for about two hours from DTW to MSY.
