Room wasent up to par. We found chapstick on chair , and on the floor medicine cap with pink liquid inside. The bathroom was very dark, the light bulb needed to be change. Staff was nice other than this. Valet staff was also nice. Just the rooms could have been clean better.

Unfortunately, this time my stay left a bitter taste. First, they never called me to tell me that my room was ready; it was 5:15 PM and I did not have a room. Then I needed to pay for WiFi?? And to top it off, they charged me for parking and the destination fee, which I had already paid at the time of my reservation. The lady who assisted me, named "Michelle" at the front desk, was very rough and not cordial at all; instead of apologizing for the mistake, she was angrier than I was and showed no empathy. I am very disappointed and hope I will not have to return to the Sheraton again; luckily, there are many more hotel options in New Orleans.
