All's well that ends well

The hotel was great! The only issue was, our ac wasn't working properly. We called the front desk know and they assured us that someone was coming to fix it. Unfortunately no one came. We then told the cleaning staff and we actually heard them pass the message on, and still no one came. When we checked out, I told the gentleman at the front desk. He deeply apologized, and properly compensated me. I would definitely go back.

The lobby was great and the bar area had a dj. After we settled in our room we came down to have a drink and just relax after our journey. We reserved a king delux room that was smaller than we imagined, but the floor to ceiling windows made for an incredible view of the city scape.

We stayed 9/1/25 - 9/4/25. On the second day of our stays we had no water in the room. I called for maintenance who informed me that they were working on regulating the water temp. When we were leaving the lobby that day to go explore, a terrible plumbing stench filled the entire lobby. The lobby bar was enclosed in plastic the next two days and we had to succumb to the smell each time we entered and exited the lobby. One day we were informed that there would be no water to the rooms from 10am to 3pm the following day. I understand issues happen, but no apologies from anyone for the terrible smell our entire stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton! It was our first time and we would definitely book again! The staff was great, we didn’t have any issues. Our rooms were relatively quiet, we didn’t hear too much noise around us. I enjoyed the pool and can’t wait to go back again! Parking is $52 a day but that was the be expected.
