We had a decent stay. The property needs some upgrading for sure. Our sheets were not changed by housekeeping, we noticed the same stain on it from the night before. Anytime I called the front desk it took about 5 minutes to get an answer.

Wonderful balcony views of Bourbon Street, with a lovely large outdoor garden with a pool and waterfall in the middle of the hotel. To top it off, the staff we’re all top notch from the moment I came and checked in until I left.

Room was ready when we got there 2 hours early. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet daily, nice pool outside. Pick ups out front, taxis waiting all the time, Hop On Hop Off tour bus has a stop right in front too. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, casinos, Bourbon St, riverfront.
