The staff is first rate!!! We had a balcony room overlooking Bourbon Street and it was fantastic! Very clean, updated, nicely appointed. The concierge was able to get us tickets to a “sold out” jazz cruise! We are already booked again for this October.

Staff and security were so friendly. The courtyard and pool are beautiful, as were the rooms. Our room was in the back and overlooked their parking. Since the hotel is on Bourbon Street, we actually didn’t hear all the fun and got great nights sleeps.
