Room was very spacious! Overall very clean. Restaurant only open on weekends which was not convenient for our needs with handicapped mother. $50 for parking was very expensive when you are a hotel guest.

Pros - Our room was huge! And it was very quiet. I never heard any footsteps over my head. I also enjoyed the lighter mirror in the bathroom. The staff was friendly. Location was great if you want to go to the Quarter without being in the Quarter and it’s also an easy walk to the stadium. Cons - The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were way too thick. They didn’t have any flatter pillows to switch out. So I ended up sleeping on the throw pillow from the dressed bed.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The location was safe and convenient. Monique and Melissa made check in very welcoming. Wish the bar was opened to grab drinks but walking distance to all the great spots.

The room tvs do not work. When i️ called front desk they had an attitude and told me that the tvs haven’t been working since covid!!! I️ talked to another guest at the hotel and they told me their tv was working fine! So horrible service and they will lie to you, so they won’t have to fix things.
