Check in/check out process was quick, room was clean and air conditioning worked really well. Comfy bed, great lighting. Not too many options for channels to watch on tv but didn’t really spend a lot of time watching tv—-bathroom was stocked and shower had good water pressure. Hotel lobby smells great. Nice decor and art. Within walking distance from great dining and shopping. Less than 10 mins away from French Quarter. Close enough to walk to Caesars Superdome for concerts or football games. Friendly staff and was given water bottles to drink when I got back to the room. Love this hotel. Will definitely come back!

No breaksfast I don’t think they had the room the tub would not drain properly I had to stick a towel down In it , and the shower need a new head cleaning , but the bed was so comfortable soon I laid down I instantly fell aslp and the room was nice and cozy and the window I didnt like I it dark on the back end but I will stay again each time cause wonderful staff even had a laugh or three . Deposit was 100$ so I’m grateful and thank you

Room was nice, but was dark and the only window faced a tiny airshaft through which light never penetrated. It was basically a windowless, interior room, which was an unpleasant surprise.

The hotel was in a great location, was clean and great atmosphere. We called ahead to inquire where to park and valet. No valet and instructed to park across street in public lot and car would need to be registered. We did this and paid $95 for 2 days. When got inside hotel was told they had a discounted rate of $76 for 2 nights. The front desk lady was not very friendly either and was the one we spoke to 15mins earlier. Because this was a remodeled Warehouse, you could hear people walking and shower running above you. Also, room rate went from $163 per night to $302 per night because of Blues Festival starting that weekend. I don't think our room was a $300 room.

Such an amazing stay. This hotel is beautiful inside and out. I also loved the cute restaurant inside. The staff was fabulous. Great music selection in the lounge and common areas.

Got a deluxe king room. Window faced an indoor cement area that was maybe 8x8. Creepy. Not as advertised. $20 room credit for vip not easy to use. Fancy restaurant. Would prefer it just go to my parking which is $37 day
