Check in/check out process was quick, room was clean and air conditioning worked really well. Comfy bed, great lighting. Not too many options for channels to watch on tv but didn’t really spend a lot of time watching tv—-bathroom was stocked and shower had good water pressure. Hotel lobby smells great. Nice decor and art. Within walking distance from great dining and shopping. Less than 10 mins away from French Quarter. Close enough to walk to Caesars Superdome for concerts or football games. Friendly staff and was given water bottles to drink when I got back to the room. Love this hotel. Will definitely come back!

There was hair in the shower (a ball of breaded hair), a little blood spot on the bed which didn't have fitted sheets, and along the whole bottom of the window sill had about an inch and a half of mold!

Loved my stay with old 77, the walk was pretty decent for the quiteness it offered. Close to a lot of places. Would definitely come back here on my future NOLA trips. However if theres one thing i have to say, its the parking. God damn it was it expensive for 2 days. But i guess thats how it goes. No complaints about the property itself. If you ever get the chance to eat at compere lapin, please do. And say hi to both summer and toray! They were both really nice.

Lovely hotel within walkable distance to the French Quater. Quiet at night which is what we wanted, staying with kids. We did get an upgrade due to problems with our first room. The second room was far nicer with a view. The staff did not hesistate to move us, they were very kind and helpful.

When arriving to check in no one at desk. Looked around, waited, host at restaurant offered assistance and looked in office but found no one. Assumed bathroom break then young man showed up. Check in easy loved fact of parking across the street and especially the fact of walking to game and leave even though we checked out at least till 4pm. Room great but noise upstairs effected rest..wish i would have eaten at compre libre. Took dessert to go but was weak especially peach ice cream I would stay again

My colleague and I had rooms that had fake windows where the window looked into a dark small hole in building and the lighting in the room was very inconvenient - no bed side table lights for example.

The ambiance was perfect both day and night. The local art along the walls was an excellent touch. King size bed room was spacious with a nice over size chair for additional seating. We didn't dine in the restaurant but its smelled incredible. If you are a plant lover, this place is a must. Beautiful greenery everywhere. Easy walk to most locations including Jackson Square and Bourbon. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle to bring you peaceful nights rest. Several fine dining, casual dining, coffee shops, local and chain eats in walking distance. The staff was more than accomidating and easy parking across the street. 10/10 would return.

The hotel location is very convinient. Quiet place near to every place in new Orleans city.There is no need a car to visit different attractions. There is a parking in front of the hotel for about U$S 40 wich is cheap in comparison with other parkings near by.The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

The front desk staff was so unhelpful. We had questions on sites around town and using the streetcar and it was near to impossible to get helpful information.
