We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, we booked originally for the convenience since we had a concert at MSG but ended up satisfied of the room and location as well. We were able to check in early, housekeeping is supposed to be every 3 days but they made sure to ask what is best of us and we felt safe in the area.

The room assigned was clean, a little small but it was clean upon entry and housekeeping service it throughout the duration of the stay. HECTOR was excellent from check-in and throughout the stay he was exceptional. I will be back

The staff were warm and friendly. I was able to get a very early check in, which was very helpful for transitioning from long travel. The only thing that was disappointing was that the cafe closed early and did not have p.m. options. But, there are a number of wonderful restaurants nearby to enjoy, so it wasn't much of a problem. Also, water fountains to refill bottles would be a bonus, too.

The rooms are clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for New York standards. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in such a busy area. The lobby and common spaces were well maintained and gave off a calm, professional vibe.

Convenient, accessible room

Convenient location within walking distance of Times Square, Theater District and Port Authority Station. Had an accessible room that was clean and easy to navigate by my 92 year old mother. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

The view that was advertised by Expedia is not accurate. The only view we had was a dirty street filled with drug addicted homeless people and prostitutes. Not a safe area, would not recommend. Gangs, drugs, violence, not a good area. Men screaming curse words at women.

I enjoyed this property. It was clean and quiet (no issues with noise) and air conditioning worked well. They had a bit of extra space and gave me an early check in by around an hour or so which was much appreciated. I'd recommend it here and stay again. The breakfast was meh. But otherthan that a good property. Oh and gym was also meh. But still overall clean and quiet and modern.
