Elevators are completely inadequate to handle the traffic. Long waits for elevators was my only complaint on an otherwise perfect stay. I would probably stay there again.

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Times Square. It was exactly what was needed for our purpose. I performed at Lincoln Center, and it was convenient and close to the venue, so I could arrive on time by walking or Uber. Thank you for the bottles of water! I will keep this on my list of hotels that are priority picks for us.

The hotel was not wonderful. The lobby was quite dirty and looked very rundown. The only good thing about the breakfast was the eggs. To make matters worse, at the end they charged a lot of extra fees, making the stay very expensive.

I asked for towels at 10:30 am after 2 hours still no towels ,so I called again.Guess what I didnt received any towels at all. But kudos to breakfast staff ,they’re very accommodating, always greeted you ,always have a smile in their faces. Love them . Bed is not comfortable,I can feel the spring .
