We have stayed at the Belvedere many times. This is the first time I have found several staff members to be rude and argumentative. Was shocked after so many excellent prior stays. So many hotel options in NYC, might be time to try somewhere else.

Nice hotel with good location. Clean and daily housekeeping. Microwave and fridge in room but no coffee in room. Coffee service offered on main floor. Had to go down elevator 16 floors- inconvenient. Self park offered. Would stay here again.

$400!!! For a room that has not been updated to mordern times: no usb/usc outlets in the wall, tv is not mounted, curtains are missing, rug has become soiled and sticky. Continental breakfast consist of quaker granola bars and an automatic coffee dispenser. The gym: free weights go up to 14 lbs, the water dispenser is indispensable, the space is 12’x5’. Front desk asked me to park my car in the middle of the road with traffic behind me and valet would be out to grab my car. I hope staff is being well compensated
