Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. One of the elevators was being renovated at the time, and the heating system was noisy but otherwise the room was fine.

Room was ok. Paper thin walls. Could hear absolutely everyone, inside and outside, and we were on the 9th floor. Dont expect to sleep if youre a light sleeper. Will be staying somewhere else when we visit again. We've stayed in times square and didnt have the noise issue.

Great location. Comfortable but smallish room. No restaurant or legit breakfast. Great price for January theatre visit. Courteous and helpful staff. Hotel is tired and could use a do over but Terriffic Value which is what we wanted.

The hotel is built in 1926. It is aged but has an old-world charm. It is spacious and clean. The microwave and the little fridge is a bonus. My room has a fantastic view. The staff are ok. Except Janet, who’s is very helpful!
